I wanted to drop you a note to let you know that both Mark and David have done exceptional work in helping us today with an Application issue. Without going into too much detail, they were very quick to respond and fix the error. Their efficiency and their eagerness to help us were amazing examples of great Customer Service. It is a pleasure to have such talent and caring teammates to work with. Please know that we are very appreciative of how they handled this problem, it is a great reflection of your department.

Just wanted to take a moment to let you know what a pleasure it’s been to work with Dave. Through all the quirks with mass emails, making corrections, static pages—whatever the project has been—he has been a great team player, dependable, and easy to communicate with. (No confusion with tech talk here!) He gets things fixed quickly and is really good about responding to emails in a timely manner. Even today, as he’s working from home, it’s as if he’s right down the hall…updating me on mass emails that he’s doing.
I’ve also heard others speak well of him, and I’m sure you would agree.
